THIS DOCUMENT CERTIFIES THAT THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY SHANGHAI C&E™ FLOOR MATERIAL CO.,LTD. ARE LIVING UP TO THE INTERNATIONAL STANTARDS OF FLOOR MATERIALS AND THIS WARRANTY WILL ONLY APPLY TO YOU IF:1)YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE FLOOR;2) YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL FOR YOUR FLOOR,INCLUDING A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION COMPANY;THIS WARRANTY CANNOT BE TRANSFERABLE .UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE MANUFACTURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE,USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.

SHANGHAI C&E™ FLOOR MATERIAL CO.,LTD. WARRANTS OUR PRODUCTS AS STIPULATED BELOWE:

WITHIN 25 YEARS WARRANTY FOR STRUCTURAL:
Moisture content: 8%+-2 in the manufacturing process. If our floor should ever have separation or have delaminating between the layers in a normal maintained humidity and temperature range, we will at our option, repair the board or boards, replace the board or boards that are affected.

WARRANTY FOR (UV)FINISH
We will warrant that our (UV)finish will not wear through or peel off of the flooring for:

• Scratch Resistance of (UV)finish in up to 15 years when used in private homes.
• Scratch Resistance of (UV)finish in up to 10 years when used for commercial purposes.
  
  from the original purchase date under normal USE and our maintenance guidelines. Gloss reduction is not considered wear through, therefore is not covered under this warranty. If the (UV)finish wears through or peels off the flooring, which wears areas covered at least ten percent of the total surface area of the your purchase. we will at our option, either replaces the affected board or boards. Recoat the affected board or boards.

OTHER WARRANTY

• All products are free of any poisonous substances or heavy metals.
• The E1 standards are followed in relation to formaldehyde content.
• Geometric tolerances of less than 0.1mm.
  

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from or in any way attributable to:

1. Improper handling or installation of the Flooring (including improper installation of joists and sub-flooring or improper surface preparation);

2. Abuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, abnormal use or misuse, negligence, application of solvents, corrosives or other chemicals to the Flooring, color change, fading or damage due to exposure to the sun, excessive pivot and point-loads, spike-heeled shoes, unpadded furniture feet, water, damage from sand, pebbles or other abrasives, or other unintended uses;

3. Insect infestation after shipment from point of origin;

4. Stains and finishes;

5. Improper alterations of original manufactured product;

6. Moisture problems (including sub-floor moisture, leaks, rain, wet mopping, etc.) or excessive dryness or heat.

7. Settlement or movement of the structure to which the Flooring is attached;

8. Variations in color, grain and markings that exist in the Flooring when new (such variation in bamboo is a natural consequence of varying exposure to sunlight or UV light;

9. Installation over radiant floor heating;

10. Installation of flooring over visible defect.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY DEMAND PROPER INSTALLATION AND BASED ON THE USER'S GUIDE.
IF PROBLEMS OCCURRED, PLEASE SEND A SAMPLE OF THE DAMAGED AREAS, PHOTO DOCUMENTATION AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE CLAIM FOR REPLACE MATERIALS.
WE ONLY PROVIDE COMPENSATION FOR DIRECT EXPENSES, IN RELATION TO FAULTY DELIVERED MATERIALS.THE PROVEN FAULTY MATERIAL WILL BE REPLACEED WITH SOUND MATERIALS AT OUR EXPENSE.WE DON'T COVER INDIRECT EXPENSES.
